• Spinach 🍃
• Onions 🧅
• Tomatoes 🍅
• Breadcrumbs 🥖

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
2. Sauté the onions and ground chicken in a bit of olive oil until cooked.
