salads don't always need greens that spoil super fast!!

i put a whole english cucumber thinly sliced and about 3 carrots made into ribbons with a grater in a bowl. added a splash of rice vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, chili crisp, and some finely grated ginger. measured with the heart ♥️ i keep it in a covered bowl in the fridge and it stays nice and chilly and refreshing. i'm gonna be eating this allllll summer it's such a yummy way to get your veggies in
