Could have been executed a bit better in my opinion, but it was still delicious! I did actually make peach cobbler and included some of it in here (mostly the not fruit part lol), and I used the egg whites from the base recipe to make coconut meringues which were a pretty nice topping to this

What could have been better?
Did the peaches come out icy? I did a peach jam swirl in my last batch and it tasted great but wasn’t as peachy tasting as I’d like.
