4-INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE that’s loaded with protein is a must make tonight! If you’re looking to satisfy your sweet tooth and still hit your protein goals, this checks all the boxes!

It’s:
low carb
keto
grain-free
gluten-free
nut-free
high in protein (45g for the entire recipe)

Ingredients:
– 1 cup of *thick* greek yogurt (20g of protein)
– 2 eggs (12g of protein)
– 2 Tbsp of Bethany’s Pantry protein bake (13g of protein per 2 Tbsp)
– 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

Optional mix-ins:
– honey / sweetener of choice
– chocolate chips

Method:
Whisk egg with greek yogurt until smooth and no lumps are present. Then add the protein bake and cocoa powder (and any other mix-ins listed above) and continue whisking until very smooth and there’s no lumps. Pour batter into a line baking dish and bake at 350 F for about 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing.

  8. I admit at first I was a little sceptical about this however it turned out great and I apologize ahead of time for thinking it wouldn't taste similar in texture. As most will say the name Cheesecake isn't accurate description however if you have medical issues and want an alternative substitute this would be it. I liked how subtle the sugar content was and enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing your content with us. I tried the banana, cocoa powder and peanut butter brownie alternative and liked it alot as well.
