I swear there’s two giant pieces of salmon under there! Baked for 20 min at 400 degrees. Perfection.

It’s just season with olive oil, salt, pepper and then dressed with lemon slices, tomatoes, olives, capers, rosemary, red onion, and some sliced garlic and then baked for 20 min at 400! served with asparagus and some crusty bread.
