Hi there!
Is there anyone in this sub, who can help me out and tell me, what the cheese on the photo is called?
I bought it in Tbilisi in the country of Georgia, but there wasn’t a tag on it, and the salesperson and I had quite a language barrier, so I wasn’t able to ask. The store sold only local Georgian cheeses.
I’d be so thankful because it tastes heavenly and I’d love to buy it again!!!

Maybe shredded Sulguni?
Tenili? I just googled Georgian cheeses and it looks similar
Strung Cheese
OG string cheese, formally known as Chechil. Sometimes called Armenian braided cheese as well. I see it for sale at corner stores through Quebec quite often. It’s not unusual to see it seasoned with black caraway seeds, although I’ve found a cayenne seasoned variant that is delicious.

Looks like shredded cheese to me
Shredded
Oddly, it looks like someone bought a ton of cheese sticks and took them apart for you. LOL (it looks really good, actually!)
Tel peyniri or çeçil
In Georgian: ჩეჩილი
