Harissa Mediterranean coming soon to Plano

Harissa Mediterranean, located at Lakeside Market, is coming soon to Plano.

Owner Jimmy Sejdini said the restaurant is expected to open in mid-September.

Construction is expected to finish in August, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Registration filing.
