Neighbor said he bought a Cayenne pepper plant and it grew into this, he has no clue what they could be. Any help? THANKS!

I am a total noob, but it seriously looks like the Tabasco plant I bought two weeks ago.

Tobasco. Flavor is comparable to cayenne, for the most part.

I think this is a Birds Eye chili, I am growing one myself currently

Very similar to cayenne pepper as far as scoville I believe it’s a Birds Eye chili

  7. Deco Cayenne, I had it too. Weird taste, similar to chilli.

Looks like a Tabasco, they’re good red or orange, but I prefer to eat them green

It’s an ornamental pepper, looks very similar to Thai chilli pepper or one of the other birds eye peppers

Tabasco confirmed. They’re one of the best commercial available peppers for both looks and making fantastic hot sauce. (Homemade. I’m not a huge fan of Tabasco brand hot sauce.)

Cut one open and see whether it has juice inside.
