bb.q Chicken – underrated Korean chain

I haven’t had bb.q chicken for a few years so while in Santa Clarita I decided to stop by. Man did I forget how good these wings are.

8 pieces garlic honey for $16.99
Pricey? Maybe. I haven’t kept up with the local wing prices. But these were so crunchy and crispy on the outside with a sticky and tangy, slightly sweet, garlicky glaze. I loved the big pieces of garlic too. The wings were meaty and juicy.

First time ever trying kimmari as well and they were nice! Not very crispy but light, chewy, and reminded me of warak 3nab or stuffed grape leaves, but Korean style! this was $7.99

There are 15 or so locations throughout and surrounding LA but I never hear people talk about them!
