Breakfast – 158 calories: peach and 5% cottage cheese (it was prettier before I stirred it up)

Lunch – 435 calories: salad of quinoa, black beans, summer squash, bell pepper, and tomato; ham stick and grapes

Drink – homemade sangria ~175 calories

Dinner – 450: grilled cheese (1 slice American and 2 slices thin cut pepper jack) on lite bread with real butter; salad with tomato, sweet corn, bell pepper, onion, olive oil

Snack 220: skinny pop with nutritional yeast and lemon pepper- pictured 150 calories of popcorn, I added about 50 calories worth after to mop up the extra toppings

I have lost around 20 lbs since Memorial Day. Most days I would have a little more for breakfast and dinner and less for the snack or drink. I appreciate the inspiration I find in this sub!
