A taste of the Caribbean was in this Pork Chops, seasoned to perfection with fresh rosemary, garlic, lemon thyme, pimento grains, carrots, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, Chili peppers, Blue Mountain Meat Seasoning, Maggie Beef seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Adobo chicken seasoning, and black pepper.
Baked in the oven at temperature 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Afterwards, I sautéed the onions, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, in olive oil, ketchup, walkers wood meats sauce.
Simmer until the sauce thickens, then, I placed the Pork Chops in the sauce for 20 minutes to capture and the flavors and aromatics form the sauce.
Served with Rice & Pease and Steamed Cabbage with Mixed Vegetables.
This was a midweek dinner my family and I enjoyed it, it was delicious.
