    With bits like this, I like to “accordion” them on a skewer and sear or grill like yakitori.

    It’s not that thin, looks like it’s cut for Korean BBQ, so a very quick sear on cast iron or carbon steel would be perfect.

    The really thinly sliced stuff is meant for hot pot.

    It says on the label that it’s cut for kalbi so it looks like you’re about to do some really good Korean BBQ. I’m jealous
