Frijolitos ❤️

Pinto bean. These guys had been well cooked out of my pot (olla 🤷🏽‍♀️) with onion, garlic and epazote. Not watering, not fried … “ machacados”
These are so velvety that melt in your mouth because after cooked I put a spoon of lard while mush down a few.
Share with aguacate salsa and bread to scoop out 🙂
