I think i would be disappointed in this. Is there anything else I could do to cook it without the cooking wine? Maybe I could use broths. Wine tastes terrible to me, but all alcohol tastes bad. The stuffing falls out too. That's sad

I think I have it… watch and make one dish per week that you post, eat a cup and a half of it, then fast 6 days until the next to get a thin body.

They look nice, although I never came across such artichokes after living in Rome for about 9 years. Maybe they are served in the tourist-restsurants?
Also, you have also removed too much of the outer part.
Italians generally don,t use wine, either! Feel free to use a broth.
