That flip was sad 😭😭 recipe, macros and ingredients:

Ingredients:
-1 large egg
-1 tsp sweetener
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 cup (125g) nonfat greek yogurt
-1 scoop (35g) whey protein ( I used vanilla flavor!)
-Around 3 tablespoons (45g) of blueberries sprinkled while the pancakes are cooking

Instructions:
-Mix listed ingredients in a bowl (or mix dry and wet ingredients separately for a more balanced taste)
-Add/spray some oil on a pan to avoid sticking
-Add 2-3 spoonfuls of the mixture and sprinkle with blueberries
-Cook each side on low heat for 3-4 minutes (low heat for better results: the texture will be crispy on the outside with a wet interior on high heat)
-Repeat until you run out of mixture, add your favorite topping and enjoy 🙂
