Chickpea pasta, about 2 cup for my meal prep. From a healthy way store.
1/4 red onion diced
Assorted peppers, it's a eye to ration type of thing.
Cucumber, again , depends on your preference.
Kale, id about 3 cups, I cut it roughly. Agaib, it's your choice, I love kale so I add alot.
Tomatoes , 4 plumbing tomatoes half moons , i keep the seeds in.
Dressing. Just olive oil, always evoo! Red wine vinegar, fresh lemon, salt and pepper, oregano . I'm a chef, so I eye and taste everything I cant exactly out a measurement, but it's just a simple salad .
Smoked salmon. My ex is first nations/native so it's natural smoked , I'm Italian so I like to blend the cultures together lol my son loves it ! You can add basically any type of fish, i would add dill though to the salmon of it's not smoked. Gives it balance !
