I’ll have to try them. If you love Buffalo, try out Wing Alley and circle back to us. It’s been my lifetime favorite for since I was a child. They’re in Kissimmee as well.

Not in Kissimmee, but when I lived in Orlando for a year there was this place called Hurricane’s, and they legit had the best wings outside of Buffalo I’ve ever had

I’m not sure if bars and other restaurants do the same procedures, but I believe bar wings are so good because they’re really crispy. The crispier they are, the more the sauce holds onto them. The way they do this is pre cook the wings, whether it’s baking them or frying them to the point where they are cooked thru, but not done. They then let them cool off. That way, all they have to do is flash fry them per order which takes less time per order, and makes them super crispy.
