I made spiced vinegar. This goes well with grilled meat and fried fish.

    Not specifically a hot sauce, but I’ve been a spiced vinegar fan for decades. Datu Puti inspired it in my eyes.

    Can you still eat the peppers after the vinegar is done? Kind of like the worm in the bottom of the mezcal bottle?

    That’s been a southern US staple for many years except usually it’s just vinegar and Tabasco peppers.
