Post row class… 1600 calories & I burn 2k =400 cal deficit = 0.8 lb / week weight loss, down 7 pounds (151 lbs —> 144 lbs). 27% body fat looking to drop to 21%.. started at 29%. I figure I have about 9 pounds more to lose. I think that’s doable in 2 months. I am patient because I am getting stronger – I’m maxing out my lifts and am quicker than ever for my rows. Have been starting to get compliments! Anyways here’s my dinner
