Went to Seven Senses in Cookeville, TN last year and felt the need to shout them out

Friends and I stayed in Cookeville last year for a TN trip and went to Seven Senses for dinner after seeing they had a lot of vegetarian options with a dedicated vegetarian menu that also outlined substitutions that could be made on regular menu options to make them vegetarian/vegan. And the options weren’t just insert faux meat. For instance, instead of buffalo chicken quesadilla they had buffalo fried green tomato quesadillas.

I personally had these stuffed Tuscan shrooms and a fancy gnocci dish and both were highlights on my trip.

Just saw they’re moving to a new location and changing to “Savory Cookeville”. If y’all are ever in the area I personally highly recommend checking them out.
