Entimio, a United States-based pro­ducer, has been awarded three Gold Awards at the NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition. The com­pe­ti­tion rec­og­nized Entimio​’s com­mit­ment to authen­tic­ity, trace­abil­ity, and sus­tain­abil­ity in its pro­duc­tion of Italian arti­san extra vir­gin olive oil.

The win­ning entries include Entimio Intenso, Entimio Cortese, and Entimio Ardente. Each of these organic extra vir­gin olive oils is crafted from spe­cific cul­ti­vars of olives grown in small fam­ily groves across Italy.

Entimio Intenso, made from Coratina and Peranzana olives, is pro­duced in rural Puglia. Entimio Cortese fea­tures Frantoio olives from rural Tuscany, while Entimio Ardente is crafted from Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola olives in rural Sicily.

Entimio’s metic­u­lous approach ensures the preser­va­tion of fresh­ness and health­ful prop­er­ties in its extra vir­gin olive oils, which are cold extracted in local mills within hours of har­vest.
