There’s good eating in your future, because Austin Restaurant Weeks 2025 kicks off Friday, Aug. 29 and lasts through Sunday, Sept. 14.
During those two weeks, 85+ restaurants will serve $25 prix-fixe menus for lunch or brunch, $50 or $75 menus for dinner, and $12 cocktails.
Aside from being delicious, partaking in the annual celebration of local eats is also for a good cause: A portion of the proceeds from Austin Restaurant Weeks meals will benefit the Central Texas Food Bank.
We’re sharing a few deals that caught our eye — check out the full list of participating restaurants here. Psst — some menus are still in progress.
Brunch + breakfast
The Kitchen American Bistro | $25
You’ll get two brunch courses at this meal — our ideal order would be a half stack of lemon ricotta pancakes + huevos rancheros.
Walton’s Fancy & Staple | $25
Spice up the most important meal of the day with three courses, including Parmesan black pepper scones, a Boursin omelet, and a Golden Egg Cake.
Lunch
La Popular | $25
You can’t go wrong with the queso fundido and chicken tinga tacos at this Mexico City-based restaurant.
Via 313 | $16+
Grab a Detroit-style slice of vodka pizza, and don’t skip a pumpkin spice espresso martini pairing.
Dinner
Lucky Robot | $75
The four-course menu at this South Congress Avenue hot spot includes trout crudo, barbacoa dumplings, a five-piece nigiri moriwase, and crispy pork belly.
Verdad makes a great date spot because its upscale Mexican fare is sure to impress.
VERDAD True Modern Mexican | $50 or $75
Choose between three or five courses at this upscale Mexican restaurant. Figi here — my brain chemistry was permanently altered when I tried the scallops with huitlacoche “caviar” and burnt milk candy.
Nomade | $50 or $75
Choose from a meat-focused or vegan tasting menu, each of which comes with four specially curated courses.
