I'm quite doubtful about the flavor and heat…

No Carolina Reapers were harmed in the making of this cheese blend.

It’s gonna be like 90% cheese, 5% emulsifiers and fillers, and like 5% chili oil. I’d say it’ll be moderately spicy for the average person who doesn’t eat peppers regularly.

Unless we know the quantities we can’t say for sure.

EDIT: apparently peppers are the 2nd ingredient listed just below milk. So it actually might have some heat.

It’s pretty good! Not over the top spicy but definitely has some heat, I put it on chili

Damn that’s crazy! First time anyone in this sub has ever seen this cheese!!

  5. Wasn’t spicy, made good quesadillas either way

It just a preshredded cheese blend that wishes it could be what HEB Carolina reaper cheese is.

It’s funny seeing a post about the same thing in a row (daily). 😂

i’ve had this. it’s like a better version of pepperjack

Just because dairy cuts heat a lot, I find that really spicy notes can be wasted, and sometiems even fight the cheese taste. I’d rather something milder or not spicy at all in cheese.

I bought the Publix brand of this cheese. It was hot, very hot.

    Dont serve at large parties.

My local grocery store had their own version. I just used it in tonight’s dinner. No heat. Otherwise didnt taste bad.

Used it in some homemade cheese sauce for BBQ mac, and it was pretty damned tasty.

I grow my own super hots and have been eating very spicy peppers for 20+ years. This cheese is actually spicy. Is it as spicy as biting a habanero? No. Does it vary bag to bag? Yes. Is it one of the spiciest cheeses commercially available? Absolutely. This cheese is not your standard off brand “turns to 1/2 oil when heated” BS either; it’s actually good on nachos and in tacos/quesadillas etc. I just hope they keep making it; trust me I’m going my part at my local WM

It’s not very hot but it is delicious regardless, definitely makes a great quesadilla!

This is great in a grilled cheese dipped in spicy tomato soup. They’ve had it for at least a year and a half now.

I love this stuff. Buy it for the flavor, not heat.
