

Hey everyone!
Lately I’ve been making Niçoise salad for breakfast, and it’s honestly so awesome esp while I’m in a calorie deficit. I usually add in a boiled egg, some green beans, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and a bit of olive oil. It’s light, super filling, and really easy to prep ahead.
If you want more protein, adding tuna makes it even better
Ingredients
1 Boiled Egg (50g)
Green Beans (80g, boiled)
Boiled Potato (100g)
Cherry Tomatoes (100g)
Lettuce (50g)
Olive Oil (1 tbsp, 15g)

looks good! adding tuna will actually make it at least 40-30 g protein
