Who's eating two tablespoons of granola for breakfast?? And it's like 60 calories!
I remember the first time I weighed out cheese. A little part of me died that day, and I've been gaslighting myself ever since. 'This doesn't need cheese.' 'Cheese isn't that good.' But I'm lying.

I always saw granola as a topping so 2 tablespoons is plenty. I was shocked when I found out my husband eats it like cereal
What is this, a serving for ants?!
I have the same feelings about cheese 😆 🤣 And most of those cheese substitutes and hacks just make me angry and/or sad. I proudly eat my cheese while challenging that “nutritional facts” box to try and stop me.
I like how in Korea they have to put the total calories of a package in addition to the usual nutrition profile.
Sometimes I’m quite thankful that I can’t digest dairy. It causes me excruciating pain so I never ever eat it and that means no thinking about giving into the cheese or ice cream temptation. They used to be my biggest cravings and now I see them how I see our cat’s food. Delicious for him but not really edible for me 😅
