After a very long hiatus, I decided to try HF again. This was my first meal. It was delicious.
I used the whole container of coconut milk for a 2-person meal, cuz who doesn’t like extra sauce? I also added chopped onions to the bell peppers and tossed in the sliced chili pepper while cooking instead of using as a garnish. It all came out better than expected. I really liked the rice—adding the lime and lemon zest made it very flavorful.
