Places to eat in Lampasas

Over a year ago, someone was asking for places to eat in the Lampasas and Burnet areas and Eve's Cafe in Lampasas had been suggested. At the time, they had just closed for business and I posted to that effect. Well, as I was driving through the old town square today, somewhere in the ensuing time, Eve's has reopened for business, don't know if the owner unretired or sold to someone else, etc. Whatever. Will have to find out if they are still as good as they were, in which case, there will once again be good schnitzel to have without having to go to Walburg (no, Fburg and New Braunfels didn't previously make the cut for schnitzel).
