Had a bit of left over haddock, made it into a salad, put it on toasted sourdough with cheese and tomatoes and threw it under the broiler.

    I can imagine the smell of reheated haddock. Uggghhh.

    Reheated fish one time in the break room microwave at my very first job. I was pretty unpopular for a while after that.

    Is that smoked haddock? I make a rarebit with it pretty regularly. It’s amazing.
