Love all of this! But as a cheese monger, I must say vinegar and water are an antibacterial powerhouse used for a long time in the kitchen. Food safe. Sure bleach has its place, but really โฆ

I get that this clip from an old show is her light version of the beloved meal (heaven forbid in the 21st century we have a heavy or really tasty meal once in a while), but those sopping and thick tomato slices on top of the thighs … yuck. Troppo zuppo. This is miles away from a satisfying chicken parmigiana dish.

Looks so delicious! I personally quit using vegetable oil and other seed oils because itโs high in omega 6 and super processed. Virgin avocado oil is a healthier option for higher heat cooking. About 375 degrees F.
