  2. Greek Seasoning
    Ingredients
    * 2 teaspoons dried basil
    * 2 teaspoons garlic salt
    * 2 teaspoons oregano
    * 1 teaspoon black pepper
    * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    * 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
    * 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
    * 1 teaspoon dried parsley
    * 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
    * 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    * 1/2 teaspoon thyme
    Directions
    1. Add the ingredients into a mason jar.
    2. Stir until it is completely mixed.
    3. Store in an airtight container.
    4. YUM!

  3. Easy Greek Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner
    Serves: 4
    Ingredients:
    – 1 pint cherry tomatoes
    – 1 yellow squash, sliced
    – 1 zucchini, sliced
    – 1/2 small red onion, sliced
    – 1 yellow pepper, sliced
    – 1 cup Kalamata olives
    – 1 1/4 pound chicken tenderloins
    – 2 tablespoons Greek Seasoning, divided
    – 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
    – 1 cup feta, crumbled
    – 1 lemon, sliced
    – 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Add tomatoes, squashes, red onion, yellow pepper and olives to a sheet pan. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning. Toss again to coat.
    3. Add chicken tenderloins to a bowl. Drizzle with one tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of Greek seasoning. Using some tongs toss to get them nicely coated.
    4. Add the chicken to the sheet pan with the veggies.
    5. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are tender. Stirring it and flipping the chicken halfway through the cooking time.
    6. Garnish with crumbled feta, chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
    7. YUM!
