Since everyone is posting pizza, this is nduja pizza from Contrada. That's stracciatella on top. Pizza is sort of neo-style. I liked it enough to devour this in a few minutes.

This is also a PSA for everyone that Contrada doesn't do Porchetta Sundays currently, they do pizza instead. The menu changes weekly, with a lot of weird fusion flavours (e.g. mexican inspired pie with cotija cheese and cilantro).

Also another big PSA: their chicken level doppio ravioli/agnolotti iis not on the menu at the moment. Their menu changes seasonally and I know this sub raved about that dish, but their current stuffed pasta is a crab anolini (2nd pic). I like the anolini but I'm a sucker for seafood pasta. Their pesto gnocchi is still on the menu though.
