    Very curious on your recipe!

    I’ve been wanting to experiment with sweet focaccias – the last one I made was miserable.

    When did you add your inclusions? What hydration did you use?

    Is it the olive oil and general shape that make it so?

    Looks delicious but it isn’t focaccia. It’s completely lacking the open, airy crumb structure.

    Hot take, but taking any dough, sticking it in a rectangular pan, and topping it with things does not a focaccia make. I keep seeing that done in this sub.
