It’s the WEC—BEC from a local eatery, a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. However, I call it the WEC-SHBECC. I have them add sausage, ham, and recently started having them add the breaded chicken patty they use for some of their sandwiches. Not pictured, but I always top with hot sauce and ketchup. Bring on the critiques and hate!
