  1. Ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.

Nose of red and black fruits with light wood, chocolates, coffee, earth, vegetables, spices, tobacco leaf and dark coffee.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with cherries, sweet raspberries, plums, light oak, tobacco leaf, vegetables, herbs, peppercorn, earth and dark chocolates.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from Columbia Valley. Elegant and spicy, well balanced and complex. Lighter in body than I expected, though.

Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. A good quality wine.

A blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Merlot. Aged in (18% new) French oak barrels for 24 months.

    14.5% alcohol by volume.

    90 points.

    $60.

I visited these guys during the pandemic while I was on a work trip to the area. Really outstanding.
