    I don't eat sugar at all. The only sweetener I use is organic stevia. Do you think it's possible? I know powdered stevia can be used to bake cakes. I love berries and it sure would be nice to have some canned berries in my food storage for a rainy day!

  2. I tried to make the blueberry peach 2-day jam according to directions, and used the frozen plate method to test for doneness. It was still quite runny, and I had to reprocess with a tiny bit of low sugar pectin, which improved things a bit. I love the thought of no boxed pectin, but remain sceptical of this method. Not sure how to improve.

  3. Hi Luli! I know my grandmother would add an apple to help with thickening and sweetening her jam and it always set up so well.
