Whisk 220g egg whites until they form stiff peaks. The texture becomes that of a cloud, you’d be able to flip over the bowl and they wouldn’t fall out. Add in spices (I used Italian, garlic, onion, salt and pepper) and a tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix into egg whites. Spoon and flatten onto greaseproof paper in a pizza shape
Bake for 10-20 minutes. Take out, add sauce and cheese and other various toppings. Put back into oven for 5-10 minutes.

Ingredients
– 220g egg whites
-1 tbsp corn starch
– 4 servings of kraft no fat mozzarella (45 calories per serving)( this cheese is elite)
– 80g old world style ragu sauce
– spices or other toppings to be added
(Could adjust the serving sizes, I wanted mine really cheesy and light on sauce!)

There are various recipes and ingredient swaps you can use that I have seen on Reddit and YouTube so be creative. I’ve tried the low calorie pizza from Flexible Dieting Lifestyle on YouTube which gives a much thicker crust which I highly recommend (that is about 600 calories, 50 G protein). I probably should have cooked my crust a little longer because the middle was more omelette texture than crust but it takes care of the pizza craving and is HUGE. Macros are insane too.
