    Hard to find but smoked pork cheeks are a must try as well. Better than pork butts or ribs.

    Rip $5 a lb beef cheeks. Saw a few videos of these months back. Then 2 this week. This is maybe the third post I’ve seen in 2 days. Awareness is spreading. Beef cheek bros, it’s over.

    3.5 hours at 250 on the ceramic, 3 hours in the oven with Wagyu tallow.

    I love beef cheeks, I usually braise them but have smoked a time or two and turned out pretty great. Def a lot of trimming, but yields a good amount of tallow.

    Unfortunately, in Australia, it is priced ridiculously. And I can’t justify it compared to other cheaper cuts.
