This is was from Nare sushi on East 53rd. It is their 12 piece Omakase. I let the chef choose the roll and he gave me toro. This was $75 and +$2 for ponzu sauce which turned out to be soy. So kind of nickel and diming your customers. With that said. Great fish, toro, uni, amber jack, you even get Waygu topped with caviar. Each piece dressed well, some with yuzu kosho, some just a touch of wasabi. Fish was nice and only. Rice was warm but the pieces were a little small.

It looks okay. $77 dollars for this is insane.
Hard to beat $75 for omakase but omakase is an experience and getting it takeout just seems like a waste because you get none of that
I like nare – used to go there if i had to be up by the bloomberg building. if ordering for atto use one of their coupons – they offer some great deals.
How many more of these do we have to suffer through
