I baked a whole tomato+ slices of bell pepper + 200 grams of salmon+ olive oil 10 ml+ rubbed garlic (2 cloves) + slices of red onion. Then I smashed tomato together with onion and bell pepper, added spices (spices mix for mozzarella and tomatoes ) + dried tomatoes.
Put 10 grams of butter on salmon and waited for it to melt.
And added blue + Camembert cheeses.

This meal could really use a few extra ingredients, like adding some seasonal vegetables, maybe a mixed salad, a grain like wild rice or whole wheat bread. I’d eliminate the butter entirely as it’s not MD compliant and not needed here. I’d probably top the salmon with your tomatoe sauce mixture.
