Thank you pellet people for sharing all your experiences and making it possible to learn a lot by reading along πŸ™πŸΌ today I tried pulled pork for a second time and this one was amazing! Very happy, not easy to shred but super tasty and juicy. The Brussel sprouts was an experiment but needs some improvement. Green beens, cabbage and garlic was fire🀩

    What kinda cut is that? I’ve only ever used pork butt(shoulder) for pulled pork, and if it didn’t shred, it wasn’t cooked enough.
