Thank you pellet people for sharing all your experiences and making it possible to learn a lot by reading along ππΌ today I tried pulled pork for a second time and this one was amazing! Very happy, not easy to shred but super tasty and juicy. The Brussel sprouts was an experiment but needs some improvement. Green beens, cabbage and garlic was fireπ€©

Can you tell me how you cooked the cabbage? Also where do you get a pork neck?
What kinda cut is that? I’ve only ever used pork butt(shoulder) for pulled pork, and if it didn’t shred, it wasn’t cooked enough.
Please share the shmear that’s on your cabbage.
