   -1 cup TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)
   -1 cup Water
   -1 tsp Garlic Powder
   -1 tsp Onion Powder
   -2 tsp Smoked Paprika
   -1/2 tsp Salt
   -1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
   -1 tbsp Maple Syrup
   -1 tbsp Soy Sauce
