
Really proud of this huge salad I made today. Came out to about 400-450 calories.
Things I didn’t grow or make: sriracha marinaded flank steak, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds, cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients grown in my garden: kale, butter crunch lettuce, onion, radish, purple and green snap peas, golden and Italian oregano, dill, thyme, pesto basil and genovese basil. The blue flowers are borage.
