After being fed up with Veracruz many moons ago with the price increase and varying quality I have looked far and wide for the best tasting tacos for my gringa ass.
Well, I can tell you after trying 15 different taco places for breakfast tacos I have once again found a taco that satisfies my specialized Texas tastebuds.

My biggest critique of a breakfast taco place is their bean/bacon/cheese taco and hot sauce. A LOT of places get migas right, a lot of places get chorizo potato and egg right, few give the humble bean the attention it deserves.

I considered it could have just been an exceptional day, however I have now eaten here once a week for 4 weeks in a row and can proudly say that this place is now my go-to absolute favorite taco joint.

They are consistent, the owner is so friendly, the staff is so kind, and the food is delicious and fresh.
