  1. 2x Zucchini sliced n fried, Provolone Dolce and Pecorino Toscano (couldn’t get any Provolone del Monaco where i live), fresh basil, good olive oil, salt n pepper.

    Good old traditional pastas are so simple but yet so tasteful.

    It’s like a punch in the guts when I see people making such an atrocious mix of flavours just to make it *special*

    Less is more in Italy
