A Feast for Angels: Treating Enas and Her Family to Traditional Moroccan Fish Tagine!

There’s nothing better than sharing a home-cooked meal with loved ones. In this video, I have the joy of preparing a traditional Moroccan Fish Tagine for my dear friend Enas and her wonderful, angelic children.

What’s in this Tagine:
Fresh white fish (like sea bass or cod)
The iconic Chermoula marinade (parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, paprika)
Preserved lemons for that unique tangy flavor
Green olives
A touch of chili pepper for a slight kick (optional for the kids!)
