Canned salsa with my mom today and wanted to get rid of a bag of frozen Carolina Reapers from my freezer. I keep describing it as a monkey paw wish. It’s spicy and it hurts my stomach

Uff da. 24 of them in 6 little jars? I put about 20 habs and 20 fresnos in about as much hot sauce the other day and it peeled my wig back.

Pretty sure I could mix one of those jars into a gallon of tomato paste and it would last me a year in the freezer

I had my mom make a salsa with 2 habaneros, a Carolina reaper, and ghost pepper, and some serranos from my garden for more flavor. Some roasted, some not.
It was so hot [in all the right ways] that I could only eat a single chip with just a small amount on it. I’m about to harvest a ton more fresh peppers and I may have my wife make another batch of this caustic, ulcer-causing, delight for me.
I would absolutely love to try some of this salsa you have made.
