Or at a recipe that least would work with any English-style Pale Ale.
Generally marinate Pork or Beef ,but open to other meats if people have good ideas.

Thank you in advance.

Beer batter fish and chips. Get some cod. Fush is meat right?

Use it as a braising liquid in a chili (a pork based chili verde perhaps) or any slow cooked braised beef dish like a beef stew or pot roast

    Steak & ale pie???

    Beef ale stew??

    Or a steak marinade??

Those are the thoughts off the top of my head 🤷‍♀️

How much do you have?? You could even do all 3!!

Beer bread is super easy and a lager works well.

3C self rising flour, .5C sugar, one 12oz. Mix, bake 350° for 35-45 minutes.

Goes great with chili. I do beer bread stuffing for Thanksgiving each year. It’s also awesome warmed up with butter. I’ve never thought to use it to make a sandwich but it seems a bit heavy for that.

I had some beer that no one wanted to drink and I turned it into a stew that no one wanted to eat. Proceed with caution!

Make beer mustard, and fajita marinade would work well.

Smoke a chicken . Neck side up and shove a can into the crevice and smoke until done

    Beer bath for some brats.

Boil it up with a little butter and onions first

Poach sausages in beer brine until they get to temp then finish them direct on a hot grill. Make sure to add a bit of salt to the beer or all the salt in your sausage is going to want to vacate.

Beer cheese soup. Only needs three ingredients. Beer, cheese, and soup.

You can add a can of beer to almost any stew, gumbo, jambalaya, whatever, in place of an equal amount of liquid (stock or water).

Make pizza dough with it instead of water.
