
Hello, I work as a barista and I am a beginner. I can’t make my milk look glossy and beautiful. I try different techniques, I put the streamer in the milk in different ways, I change the angle of the pitcher, I change the amount of air I let in and the foaming time, but still nothing works. What could be the problem? In the technique? I tried to do as the professionals in this field show on YouTube, but my streamer produces too much pressure and does not allow me to hold the pitcher for so long and so calmly let air into the milk. If there is a mistake in the technique, please indicate what exactly is wrong. I will be glad to receive any criticism.
P.S. I can’t film the process itself because I work alone and don’t have the opportunity to film it adequately. The video shows approximately the position, I change it a little so that the vortex is good.
