Dinnis joins the French restaurant chain, backed by Partners Group, from Sofology, where she had been managing director for the past three years.

Her CV includes significant retail experience with previous senior roles including chief customer officer at M&Co and global retail director at Topshop/Topman, as well as general manager roles at Ikea and Marks and Spencer.

Jan Holbrook, executive chair at Côte, told Restaurant sister site MCA the group is ‘really excited’ Dinnis is joining as the business continues to build momentum.

“Our NPS is improving significantly, and we are growing our market share,” she added.

Côte, which operates more than 75 all-day restaurants across the UK, achieved like-for-like growth of 1.3% for the period to 24 September 2023, according to its latest accounts on Companies House.

The group, which refreshed 41 restaurants during the last accounting period, achieved total revenue was £148.9m for the year, with an adjusted EBITDA loss of £8.3m.
