Hey Reddit, today I made some Indian style Egg curry which I paired with some rice & thinly sliced pickled onion. Haha, can’t forget the small lime wedge :).

  3. It looks delicious, but reminds me more of Malaysian egg sambal more than egg curry. That’s just my bias with Malaysian and Indian food showing though, curry can take on many colors and viscosities based on regional differences and personal preferences.
